Amab 2026: the antique fair reopens at Umbriafiere

The 51st edition of Amab — Assisi Mostra Arte Antiquariato Bastia Umbra has opened, gathering antique dealers, gallery owners and designers in a wide exhibition of vintage pieces, modern and contemporary art, graphics and jewelry.

Held at Umbriafiere, the event features approximately ninety exhibitors and is designed as an immersive experience with themed booths, installations and a calendar of related talks.

Highlights of the edition include special projects and exhibitions such as:

• a monographic show dedicated to Giorgio Ascani (Nuvolo), curated by Bruno Corà, featuring 15 works including a core from the Genesi cycle;
• a display of 15 theatrical costumes by costumier and set designer Tita Tegano, donated to the Teatro Lirico Sperimentale of Spoleto;
• contemporary works including pieces by Lorenzo Fonda and a large immersive installation, "Wedding Queen – Centenario", by MaMo Donnari composed of 15 panels.

Organization: the fair is organized by Società Eventi Arte. The inauguration underlined the event's cultural relevance and its role in promoting artistic heritage and contemporary creativity.

Amab offers visitors an opportunity to explore the intersections between historical craftsmanship and current artistic practices, with dedicated sessions for collectors, professionals and the public.
