Presentation of the “Dr. Enrico Errico – The Art in the Kitchen” contest in Alberobello

On Saturday 25 April at 6:00 PM, at Casa Alberobello, the first edition of the “Dr. Enrico Errico – The Art in the Kitchen” contest will be presented. Promoted by the Chianche di Carta association, the initiative aims to highlight creativity applied to gastronomy, treating cuisine as an artistic and cultural form of expression.

The contest is part of the Criòus – Comics and Illustration Festival programme and seeks to foster a dialogue between visual arts and culinary culture. It intends to discover new talents and promote cuisine as a language that can tell stories of territory, tradition and innovation.
