Annual pass for the National Museums of Lazio: overview

The Regional Directorate of National Museums of Lazio has launched annual passes covering several museums and archaeological parks. The initiative aims to encourage repeat visits, participation in exhibitions and events, and to strengthen ties between cultural institutions and local communities.

How to buy

Tickets are available only online via the official Musei Italiani platform (website and app). Where provided, automated ticket machines also sell passes (Certosa di Trisulti, National Archaeological Museum of Tuscania and the Agro Falisco museum and Forte Sangallo in Civita Castellana).

Cumulative tickets and validity

The new annual passes for individual sites do not affect existing cumulative ticket schemes, which keep their current prices and validity. Examples:

• National archaeological museums of northern Lazio (Vulci, Tuscania, Viterbo, Civita Castellana, Civitavecchia): € 15, 1-year validity.
• Areas and national archaeological museums of the Province of Latina (Sperlonga, Formia, Minturnae): € 12, 1-year validity.

Works in progress and updates

Some cultural sites are temporarily closed for improvement works funded by PNRR. Annual passes make it easier to plan multiple visits over time following progressive reopenings. Check official channels and the Musei Italiani portal for the latest opening times and notices.
