For Liberation Day, on April 25, 2026 the Gallerie d'Italia will open free of charge in Milan, Naples, Turin and Vicenza. Visitors can access both permanent collections and current temporary exhibitions.

Highlights by venue

• Naples – The exhibition VORTIC. Alexi Worth in dialogue with ancient ceramics pairs nine paintings by American artist Alexi Worth with Attic and Magna Graecian ceramics from the Intesa Sanpaolo Collection and selected items from the Caputi Collection, exploring symposium themes and drinking gestures.
• Milan – The photographic show The Road to Cortina. VII Winter Olympic Games 1956, curated by Aldo Grasso, showcases agency photography produced for the first Winter Olympics held in Italy.
• Turin – On display are Nick Brandt. The Day May Break, presenting a photographic cycle begun in 2020, and Diana Markosian. Replaced, an autobiographical project addressing loss, memory and identity.
• Vicenza – Continues the exhibition CERAMICHE E NUVOLE. What ancient Greek ceramics tell us about ourselves, a scientific-educational project focused on Intesa Sanpaolo's Attic and Magna Graecian ceramics collection.
