Vinitaly 2026: Lombardy's enogastronomic ambassadors honoured

At Vinitaly today, Regione Lombardia awarded the title of "ambassadors of Lombardy's enogastronomic culture" to Bruna Gritti Cerea, Iginio Massari and Maurizio Zanella during the region's pavilion events.

The ceremony, organised by regional assessors and attended by national representatives, highlighted the role of wine and cuisine as markers of cultural identity, drivers of experiential tourism and sources of local economic value.

The regional pavilion showcased interactive sections on consortia, wine routes and wineries to offer visitors a hands-on understanding of the territory and to strengthen Lombardy's positioning in the wine tourism sector.
