At Tuttofood 2026 the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP and Pasta di Gragnano IGP consortia renew their collaboration with a project that highlights Italian cuisine acknowledged by UNESCO as part of the world’s cultural heritage. The initiative focuses on territory, tradition and innovation through tastings, reinterpretations of classic dishes and digital content.

The stand functions as a narrative space: it’s designed not only for tasting but for understanding how pasta and mozzarella embody cultural expressions recognized internationally. The approach links traditional knowledge and contemporary creativity, offering content both on-site and online.
This project highlights an aspect of intangible cultural heritage connected to food and culinary traditions. By promoting local practices, techniques and productions, it helps reinforce international recognition of these excellences and supports their transmission to future generations.
