Tower of Memory: Ludmila Kazinkina’s solo exhibition

When: from 18 to 26 April 2026. Where: Clock Tower (Torre dell’Orologio), San Polo d'Enza (RE), Italy. Free admission.

The Municipality of San Polo d’Enza presents "Tower of Memory", a solo show by Ludmila Kazinkina installed within the medieval tower. The exhibition is conceived as a sensitive journey in which each chamber becomes a threshold, revealing fragments of memory, intuition and subtle presences.

Highlights

  • Site-specific installations and visual works that interact with the ancient walls of the tower.
  • An exhibition that bridges personal and collective memory through layered imagery.
  • Opening poetic performance by Elena Lebedeva.

Opening: Saturday 18 April at 17:00; the poetic performance follows at 18:00.

Visitor information

  • Days: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Hours: 10:00–13:00 and 15:30–19:00.
  • Admission: free.
  • Location: Piazza Iv Novembre / Piazza G. Matteotti (Clock Tower), 42020 San Polo d'Enza (RE), Italy.

The exhibition investigates how memory accumulates and transforms into images and objects, composing an inner landscape for visitors to explore. The poster image—a figure holding a tower on its right hand—invites viewers into a symbolic realm where memory is active and evolving.
