Sutri in Fiore is the inaugural spring festival that turns the historic centre into a route of floral displays, artisan markets and food events. The festival takes place in Sutri (VT) from April 18 to May 31, 2026, with most activities scheduled over the weekends.

Traditional Tuscia dishes—homemade pasta with wild boar sauce, gnocchi with mutton and legume soups—are highlighted.
