This culinary weekend features local chefs’ show cookings, tastings of typical products (Sutri bean, extra virgin olive oil, local wines such as Aleatico and Grechetto) and a lunch in the flowering garden of Palazzo Doebbing. Traditional Tuscia dishes—homemade pasta with wild boar sauce, gnocchi with mutton and legume soups—are highlighted.
