Slow Food Park in Spilamberto: responsible taste and biodiversity

On 9 and 10 May 2026, Spilamberto will enliven its historic center as Piazzale Rangoni and Piazza Roma become a spread-out route focused on conscious food and protection of agricultural traditions.

What to expect:

• More than 20 artisanal producers from across Italy.
• Products from Slow Food Presidia in Emilia-Romagna.
• Mountain cheeses, natural cured meats, leavened goods from ancient grains, preserves and independent beers.

• Location: Piazzale Rangoni and Piazza Roma, Spilamberto historic centre.
• Dates: 9–10 May 2026. Opening from 11:00; stalls remain active until 21:00.
• Admission: free.

The Slow Food Park is more than a market: it creates space for meetings that highlight local stories, biodiversity and sustainable supply chains. It’s an opportunity to rediscover the village as a community hub and to support producers who work respectfully with the land.
