• Tasting booths: meet producers directly and sample local labels.
• Masterclasses: three sessions led by Paolo Cepollaro (Italian Sommelier Foundation) at 11:30, 14:30 and 17:30, designed to explore grape varieties and sensory profiles.
• Local food tastings: presented by local farms and the Slow Food community, featuring traditional cooking methods such as the Cassetta di Cottura.
• Winery visits: companies open their cellars and vineyards by reservation during the weekend for guided visits and meetings with producers.
• Additional experiences: guided tours of the "Santuario Ritrovato" archaeological site (Saturday at 11:00 and 15:00, Sunday at 11:00), special spa rates at Fonteverde for event participants and horseback rides (by reservation, Saturday and Sunday at 9:30 and 16:00).
