First edition of the Lebanese Film Festival in Italy

Where: Rome

Rome is set to host the inaugural Lebanese Film Festival in Italy, promoted by the Italo-Lebanese Cultural Institute (ICIL) and organized by the association Cinema Senza Frontiere, with the support of the Embassy. The festival intends to turn the big screen into a space for dialogue, memory and discovery, showcasing contemporary Lebanese cinema.

  • Program: film screenings, meetings with filmmakers and cultural discussion events.
  • Purpose: to promote understanding of Lebanese stories and narratives and encourage artistic and cultural exchange.
  • Organisation: a collaborative effort between cultural institutions and Italo-Lebanese associations active in Italy.
