On Tuesday 14 April 2026 at 17:00, the Sala dei Lampadari in Palazzo San Giorgio will host the presentation of Fabio Macaluso's book, Volevo un te al limone (Marsilio). The event is free and takes place inside an important historic monument, combining literary discussion with heritage promotion.
Speakers include Marisa Cagliostro (President of Ulysses) and Annamaria Stanganelli, with an introduction by Domenico Latino. The author will discuss topics covered in the book: living with mental illness, the balance between therapy and medication, the role of memory and the personal recovery process.
Fabio Macaluso is a jurist and contract lecturer in intellectual property and data protection, with managerial experience and several publications. In this work he narrates the discovery of his bipolar condition through candid reflections, vivid flashbacks and moments of human warmth that map a realistic recovery journey.
Ulysses, a cultural association that also manages historical sites and monuments, uses this event to promote public engagement with the city's architectural heritage and to connect cultural activities with community wellbeing. The presentation is suitable for readers interested in literature and for visitors keen on monument-focused events.
Participants are advised to arrive a few minutes early due to limited seating. The event is open and free for everyone.
