The event recreates a notable episode of the Italian Risorgimento, centred on the figure of Don Boifava and the actions against Austrian forces. Over two days the town turns into an open-air stage with military camps, battle reenactments, educational activities and musical performances.

• Saturday 25 April
  • 10:30 – Opening of the historical camp at Parco Vaso Rì: guided visits and educational activities
  • 10:30 – Palazzo Barbieri: "Women of the Risorgimento" exhibition by PhotoClub Valtenesi and painter Mario Ferrari
  • 14:00–18:00 – Traditional games by "Nonno Mauro", Parco Vaso Rì
  • 17:00–18:00 – Itinerant battle through the streets of the historic centre
  • 20:45 – Organ concert at the Parish Church featuring Andrea Piacentini and Daniele Dalla Piccola
• Sunday 26 April
  • 10:00–17:00 – Palazzo Barbieri: "Women of the Risorgimento" exhibition
  • 11:30 – Pistol duel in front of Palazzo Barbieri
  • 12:00 – Picnic with the reenactors at Parco Vaso Rì
  • 15:00 – Grand historical march through the town with the Padenghe sul Garda Band
  • 16:00 – The Great Battle of 1848 at Parco Vaso Rì, narrated by historian Marco Boniardi

Visitor notes: the programme includes hands-on activities for children, talks and guided tours of the camps. Arrive in good time for scheduled visits and dress for outdoor activities.
