Spotlight on Maria Pacheco Cibils
Argentinian–Portuguese designer and visual artist Maria Pacheco Cibils exhibits two works from the series "The Colour of Feelings." Her practice investigates primal and archetypal themes — the four elements (earth, fire, air, water) and existential dualities — employing dense color textures and material processes that propose an holistic reading of form.
The curator highlights Cibils' interest in challenging formal conventions and her search for visual languages that explore material energies and interior experience.
