Nel Segno del Giglio 2026 in Colorno: three days of gardens, flavours and metamorphosis

From 24 to 26 April 2026 the Garden of the Reggia di Colorno (Parma) will host the 31st edition of Nel Segno del Giglio, an event bringing together quality horticulture, cultural talks and the food traditions of the Food Valley.

The 2026 theme is metamorphosis, explored through natural transformations, literary references — including a tribute to the 200th anniversary of Carlo Collodi’s birth — and gastronomic interpretations.

• Exhibitors: about 160 selected nurseries offering rare plants, botanical collections and proposals for gardens and terraces.
• Main events: conference on the restoration of historic gardens (24 April), gardening workshops, sessions for children and adults, practical demonstrations and sensory activities.
• 2026 highlight: ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine takes part with an exclusive dinner on 24 April and a masterclass on 25 April focused on using herbs and flowers in cooking and mixology.
• Taste trail: tastings, talks on bread-making and fermentation, book presentations and offerings from local producers.

The fair is family-friendly, with educational and creative activities. It is also an occasion to explore the Reggia di Colorno and the Parma area, between art, river landscapes and culinary heritage.
