New Year's Day at the Museum: special opening at Collezione Salce in Treviso

Special opening on 1 January

To start 2025 with an art visit, the Museo Nazionale Collezione Salce in Treviso will open exceptionally on Wednesday 1 January at its Santa Margherita site. The museum offers a short afternoon opening ideal for holiday visitors.

• When: Wednesday, 1 January
• Hours: open from 15:00 to 18:00 (last admission 17:30)
• Open venue: Santa Margherita, via Reggimento Italia Libera, Treviso
• Closed venue: San Gaetano (via Carlo Alberto) will remain closed for the holiday

Exhibitions on view

Visitors during the special opening can see two exhibitions focused on poster art and twentieth-century graphic design:

• "Ciak! Cuba" – Cuban film posters from the Collezione Bardellotto. A visual journey through Cuban cinema's graphic imagery. On display until 31 March 2025.
• "Differenti con metodo" – Society, design, architecture: posters from 1950 to 1980. The show examines the poster as a vehicle of social and cultural change after WWII. Open until 23 February 2025.
