Matera joins Restaurant Day with rice-focused dishes

On 16 May 2026 the Matera branch of Fipe-Confcommercio took part in the fourth edition of Restaurant Day, a national initiative to promote Italian hospitality and the role of cuisine as a cultural asset of Made in Italy.
