Lexus unveils “Space” at Milan Design Week 2026: world premiere

Where: Superstudio Più, Tortona district, Milan

Lexus presents “Space”, a site-specific installation inspired by last year’s LS Concept van. The work focuses on the notion of personal and private space and is part of the broader Discover Together 2026 initiative that pairs Lexus designers with emerging creatives.

Alongside the main installation, four newly commissioned works from Discover Together 2026 will be on display. This year’s contributors are:

• Kyotaro Hayashi & Yumi Kurotani (Japan)
• Studio Guardini Ciuffreda (Italy)
• Random Studio (Netherlands)
• Lexus distributed project (Japan)

The program investigates the interplay between vehicle design, spatial experience and personal identity, with the LS Concept van serving as the conceptual core. The exhibited pieces aim to reinterpret mobility and domestic space through contemporary artistic practices.
