L’Aquila: Generoso Spagnuolo at Palazzo Ciccozzi — a contemporary take on Spatialism

The solo exhibition by artist Generoso Spagnuolo has opened at Palazzo Ciccozzi, located in the historic center of L’Aquila. The show features paintings and sculptures that reinterpret the Spatialism movement with a modern, experimental approach.

Spagnuolo’s pieces combine material experimentation and chromatic contrasts to evoke spatial tensions and references ranging from archaeology to the cosmos, creating an evolving exhibition experience.

Free admission until mid-April: the project is presented by Spazio Indipendenza, an education and innovation hub belonging to the Abivet group. The initiative aims to enhance local cultural heritage by opening the historic palace to contemporary artistic dialogue.
