The exhibition traces the evolution of Medusa, founded in the late 1990s as an art gallery and developed over twenty-five years into a publishing reality with over 650 titles. The project highlights typographic quality, graphic research and literary value, showcasing artisanal printing and book production methods.

A focal point is the autonomous section titled "La sposa infedele", which provocatively explores the relationship between image and text with echoes of Duchamp. In the gallery's center, cardboard display tables designed by Vittorio Presepi hold more than one hundred artists' books, many produced using hand presses and collaborative practices between poets and artists.

Featured editors and artists include Giorgio Bertelli, Luciano Ragozzino and Alberto Casiraghi, alongside local contributors such as Giampiero Guerri, Stefano Simoncelli, Monica Guerra, Giancarlo Sissa, Mariangela Gualtieri, Sabrina Foschini, Daniele Ferroni, Gilberto Vergoni, Franco Pozzi, Massimo Pulini and Ilario Fioravanti.
