From 9 April 2026 to 10 January 2027, Villa Panza in Varese presents Josef Albers: Meditations, bringing together thirty works by the pioneering abstract artist. The exhibition highlights Albers' investigation into color perception, with pieces from important public and private collections in Europe and the United States.

The selection includes rarely shown works, such as examples from the Variant/Adobe series and the famous Homage to the Square. The paintings enter into a dialogue with the villa's museum spaces and the Panza collection, illustrating Albers' chromatic experiments and optical effects.
