ITS Marche Bootcamp 2026: Club del Sole engages Generation Z with a real business challenge

The Fondazione ITS Cultura Turismo e Nuove Tecnologie Marche is running the ITS Marche Bootcamp 2026 at Club del Sole's facility on via Europa 100: a two‑day intensive programme where students from six different study paths will work on a real business case to design the national launch of the group's Fidelity Marketing programme.

  • Goal: create end‑to‑end solutions covering communication and awareness, customer journey, gamification and promotion ideas with measurable KPIs.
  • Format: company brief, cross‑functional team work, feedback loops with Club del Sole and a final pitch judged by partner organisations.
  • Participants: students from Hospitality Management, Full Stack Development, Artificial Intelligence, Narrative Design and other technical and creative paths.

Club del Sole's entry into the ITS Foundation formalises a strategic commitment to skills development and strengthens the bridge between education and tourism businesses.

The Foundation highlights the practical impact of the ITS model: national figures show that 84–87% of ITS graduates find employment within one year, often in roles aligned with their studies and with partner companies.

The bootcamp also offers an opportunity to refine the brand narrative and test solutions tailored to Generation Z, which increasingly chooses brands based on authenticity, values and real connections.
