The project Italia Ebraica around the World continues with monthly presentations of Jewish museums worldwide, each highlighting an object or artwork that connects local collections to Italian Jewish history. The fifth session will feature the U. Nahon Museum of Italian Jewish Art in Jerusalem.
Established in 1981, the museum houses more than 3,000 objects, including Judaica, everyday utensils, documents and artworks dating from the late 14th century to the present. Contemporary works on display engage in a dialogue with historical pieces, adding fresh perspectives and depth to the collection.

This meeting offers insight into objects and narratives that connect the traditions and memory of Italian Jewish communities with an international public, through the rich holdings of the Nahon Museum.
