Parco Caracalla Opening: Geppo Show and a Day Outdoors

When: 1 May 2026, from 11:30. Admission: donation-based.

Where: Parco Caracalla, Viale Guido Baccelli 71 — just steps from the Baths of Caracalla.

The newly opened green area is designed as a shared stage to enjoy leisure time outdoors, combining nature with live entertainment and social activities. The opening day includes programming for different ages and musical sets celebrating Rome's songwriting tradition.

Main program

• 12:30 — Artistic talk with Edicola Emporio and photographer Albena Nikolova about image and urban storytelling.
• 14:00–17:00 — Live comedy: Geppo Show presenting sketches and monologues on contemporary Roman life, joined by Marco Baldini, Gianluca Giugliarelli and Dani Bra.
• 18:00 — "GRA" (Grandi Romani Autori) concert: a set featuring major hits born in the capital.
• From 19:30 — DJ sets until closing.

Food area and services

The park will host food points tailored for outdoor dining with picnic baskets available for purchase. Several selected food partners will be present.
