The Colours of Time: Azerbaijani Artists' Perspectives
The Palazzo dell'Informazione in Rome hosts until 17 May 2026 the exhibition “The Colours of Time: Azerbaijani Artists' Perspectives”, showcasing the contemporary vitality of Azerbaijani visual arts.
The show brings together 31 paintings and 3 sculptures by 14 emerging Azerbaijani artists, several of whom have gained international recognition. The works combine elements of modernism and tradition, using colour, rhythm and texture to express cultural identity and artistic exchange, including ties with Italian culture.
The opening took place on 11 May with representatives from diplomatic, cultural and media circles; the schedule also coincides with an anniversary commemorating a prominent figure in Azerbaijan's recent history.
