From April 1 to October 4, 2026, Fondazione Luigi Rovati in Milan presents the exhibition "The Etruscans and the Netherlands. A/R of the Corazzi Bronzes", temporarily bringing to Italy a selection of Etruscan bronzes from the Corazzi collection currently preserved in the Netherlands.
The exhibition is installed in the Hypogeum level of the Fondazione Luigi Rovati Art Museum, Milan. The project is produced in partnership with national and international cultural institutions.
The exhibition traces the history of antiquarian collecting and the movement of artworks across Europe, focusing on the Corazzi collection’s development from the 18th century onward. A selection of historical printed works accompanies the display, documenting scholarly reception and the study of the Cortona holdings.
The schedule features talks and seminars with curators and researchers. The opening program includes an event on April 1 at 3:00 PM with curatorial presentations and scientific commentaries.
For opening hours, tickets and guided visits, please consult the Fondazione Luigi Rovati website or contact the museum ticket office. Advance booking is recommended for groups and special activities.
