Giornata della Ristorazione 2026: over 60 events across Italy

Today, 16 May 2026, the fourth edition of the Giornata della Ristorazione is being held, promoted by Fipe-Confcommercio. Following the final approval of the law that officially added the day to the state's civil calendar, the initiative includes more than 60 events across the country.

"The Giornata della Ristorazione has grown into a widespread event capable of connecting territories, businesses, institutions, schools and communities around the authentic values of Italian hospitality," says Lino Enrico Stoppani, president of Fipe-Confcommercio. The day highlights the sector's cultural and social importance as well as its economic role: identity, collective memory and urban cohesion.
