Valle San Giorgio, in the Euganean Hills, welcomes spring with the 9th edition of the St. George Festival. Three days of local culinary specialties, cultural exhibits and outdoor activities; proceeds support parish projects.

The food stand is the heart of the festival: traditional dishes prepared by local cooks include asparagus risotto (served at lunch on Saturday and Sunday), "musso" with polenta, grilled chicken breasts, herb cheeses, local cured meats and the typical schissotto baked in a wood-fired oven. Takeaway service is available for all menu items.
