Association E.A.T. (Enogastronomy–Art–Tourism) presented a show cooking event in Campobasso featuring chef Max Mariola, part of the city's patronal celebrations. The initiative aims to highlight Molise cuisine as an authentic expression of Italian culinary traditions acknowledged by UNESCO.
The programme focuses on promoting local food traditions rooted in peasant culture, seasonality and close ties to regional production—values aligned with safeguarding intangible cultural heritage.
Practical information: the appointment with Max Mariola is scheduled for Thursday, 23 April 2026, from 11:00 to 18:00, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II at the E.A.T. stand.
