Corciano Wellness Park: sport, health and community

Program highlights

The initiative promotes outdoor physical activity as a tool for wellbeing and social cohesion. Activities are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

• Start: “Corciano in movimento” at 9:45 — a guided 5 km walk through the historic center, open to everyone.
• Talks and demos: local athletes and coaches, including a session by Federico Rotoni on conditioning for combat sports.
• Fitness Center: tone up, step, cross training, fitboxe, powerwalk, easy dance and a final zumba party.
• Holistic Zone: pilates, yoga, dynamic yoga and a sound bath with Tibetan bowls.
• Sport Arena: skateboard, krav maga, pickleball and radio-controlled car modelling activities.
• Functional Area: sprint competitions, calisthenics and movement sessions.
• Itinerant workshops: nordic walking course with certificate by Fabio Bellucci.
• Youth areas: Gioca Fipe (ages 8-14) and dynamic military gymnastics (Gdmi) activities.

Practical information

The event aims to be inclusive: many activities require no prior experience. Lunch service will be available inside the event area, organized by APD Corciano.
