One Hundred Works from the Alberto Della Ragione Collection: From Morandi to Vedova in Castelfiorentino

From 3 April to 20 September 2026, CAMBIO Centro Culturale in Castelfiorentino (Florence) hosts a selection of one hundred works from the Alberto Della Ragione Collection. Curated by Sergio Risaliti and Eva Francioli and presented in collaboration with Museo Novecento, the exhibition maps key strands of twentieth-century Italian art by juxtaposing renowned names with less visible artists.

Della Ragione’s collection, donated to the city of Florence after World War II, reflects deliberate collecting choices that balance respect for tradition with openness to experimentation. The exhibition arranges paintings and sculptures to reveal recurring themes and stylistic tensions across the period.
