The Ivan Bruschi House Museum offers a family-focused weekend with educational visits, interactive activities for children and a special reduced entry for mothers on Mother’s Day.
Saturday, May 9 — 4:30 PM — As part of Kid Pass Days the museum hosts an educational adventure for children and teenagers: a playful-educational trail that encourages observation, presents clues linked to historical objects and proposes challenges to better understand the past.
Sunday, May 10 — For Mother’s Day the museum offers reduced admission for mothers accompanying children; at 4:30 PM a family-guided visit called "Scoperte insieme" (Discovering Together) will invite families to explore the museum through curiosity-driven activities and small challenges.
In addition to the permanent collection, the temporary exhibition "La Cartamoneta in Italia. Dalle origini all’euro" is on view, featuring about 370 banknotes from the Intesa Sanpaolo collection on loan to the Fondazione Ivan Bruschi. The exhibition traces the development of paper money in Italy up to the introduction of the euro.
On May 29 at 9:00 PM the museum’s festival program includes a concert with flautist Lorenzo Messina and pianist Umberto Ruboni. The program, titled Un soffio di secolo, metamorfosi del flauto da Debussy ad oggi, features works by Debussy, Casella, Karg-Elert and Poulenc.
Children's activities are designed to make cultural heritage accessible to young visitors. For up-to-date information on schedules and participation details, consult the museum's official communication channels.
