The Museo Orodautore, located in the historic Palazzo della Fraternità on Piazza Grande in Arezzo, presents a solo exhibition by Alberto Zorzi running until 1 November 2026. Curated by Giuliano Centrodi, the show highlights the artist’s long investigation into jewellery as sculptural object.
The exhibition displays roughly 350 works including jewellery, ornaments and micro-sculptures produced from the 1970s to the present. Key pieces on display include brooches, necklaces, rings and everyday objects that reflect Zorzi’s formal and material experimentation.
Zorzi’s work blurs the lines between jewellery, sculpture and design: a wide range of materials — gold, platinum, silver, copper, steel, ebony and quartz — is combined with surface treatments like sanding, engraving and granulation. The exhibition is relevant for professionals in the goldsmith field and for visitors interested in contemporary jewellery innovation.
Venue: Museo Orodautore, Palazzo della Fraternità, Piazza Grande, Arezzo (entrance via Salone del Torri, via Vasari 3).
Dates: on display until 1 November 2026.
Opening hours: Friday to Sunday, 11:00–19:00.
Curated by Giuliano Centrodi (scientific curator of Museo Orodautore), the exhibition situates Zorzi within the museum’s international collection, which documents contemporary developments in jewellery design and craftsmanship.
