Environment in Milan: Verri—teaching youth to care for their territory is essential

On 15 May 2026, the final event of the second edition of “Ciak si crea – Trame di periferia” was held at the Auditorium of Scuola Regina Mundi in Corvetto, Milan. The national initiative focuses on respiratory health and environmental awareness.

Milan city councillor Alessandro Verri stated, “It is important to involve them from the start, teach them care for the territory and for their own neighbourhood, the place where they are born and grow up.” The event highlighted the role of schools and associations in promoting active citizenship and environmental stewardship.
