NSP Museum: Nenne Sanguineti Poggi returns to Finale Ligure

The NSP Museum has been inaugurated at the Fortezza di Castelfranco in Finale Ligure, providing a permanent home for the work of Nenne Sanguineti Poggi. The exhibition blends original artworks, archival material and multimedia content to present the full breadth of the artist's career.

The initiative was promoted by NSP Art Italia and NSP Art USA, with the patronage of the Municipality of Finale Ligure and the De Mari Foundation. The venue, managed by the Rossello family, was curated by Punto a Capo in collaboration with QuiArte. The layout is deliberately flexible to allow for rotating displays, events and thematic deep-dives.

Why visit

Nenne Sanguineti Poggi was a painter, mosaic artist and writer active for more than forty years across Europe and the Horn of Africa. The NSP Museum showcases key works and large-scale interventions, including projects completed in Asmara and Addis Ababa.

  • Displayed works: paintings and mosaics spanning the artist's creative phases.
  • Archival material: documents, photographs and testimonies reconstructing her artistic trajectory.
  • Multimedia: videos and installations that place the work within the context of European avant-gardes.
  • Dynamic program: the museum is designed to evolve over time with exhibitions and thematic events.
