STEP FuturAbility District: fourth birthday open to families

To mark its fourth anniversary, STEP FuturAbility District opens its doors to families for a free day of digital discovery at Piazza Olivetti 1 in Milan. The event offers an interactive path designed to introduce children to digital transformation through exhibits, demonstrations and hands-on activities.

What to expect

• Interactive installations: augmented reality, Internet of Things, cloud, 5G and artificial intelligence.
• Forward: a virtual guide presenting the stations and introducing topics such as the future of work and digital skills.
• Themed areas including FUTURE JOBS, SAM (generative AI), DIGITAL YOU and FUTURE TRENDS.

Free Sunday workshops (family-friendly)

• 11:15 – My First Podcast – birthday special: practical workshop on storytelling, recording and editing. Recommended age: 8-16 years (with parents).
• 15:15 – Fourth Birthday Magic: create a luminous postcard using LEDs and conductive thread. Recommended age: 8-16 years (with parents).
