• Saturday 23 May: the main day, with live mixing starting at 17:00; bartenders will present signature cocktails made with local aromatic and medicinal herbs.
• Music & clubbing: continuous line-up from afternoon to late night, featuring styles from funk and Neapolitan blends to visionary Italian '70s/'80s sounds and refined contemporary electronic music.
• Guests & local champions: bartenders, liquorists and beverage professionals from across Italy, alongside prominent local figures at tasting stations.
• Tastings: dedicated booths for gin, amari and botanical spirits from national and international producers, with on-site presentations.
• Outdoor activities: guided hikes, bike tours and visits to the Conservatorio Etnobotanica with sensory workshops and hands-on sessions.
