Gallery 21Art debuts its spring exhibitions with a new show by Mario Ceroli, curated by Cesare Biasini Selvaggi. The installation will be on view in Treviso from 16 April to 31 July 2026 and offers a material and symbolic exploration of memory and aspiration.
Ceroli's installation functions as an immersive environment: a surface of golden stones, lapis-blue wooden inserts and rusted metal nets create a symbolic landscape where ambition meets decay, and hope confronts failure. The work emphasizes materiality as historical and metaphysical testimony, transforming ordinary elements into collective signs.
21Art's spring lineup also includes a solo show by Ahmet Güneştekin in Rome (from 30 April to 15 September 2026) and a personal exhibition by Jan Fabre at the gallery's new Monte Carlo venue in spring 2026. These projects expand 21Art's international presence and focus on large-scale, site-specific works.
The exhibition is an opportunity to engage with the work of a leading figure in contemporary Italian art: Ceroli's installation shows how simple materials can act as chronicles of the present and as gestures toward possible utopias.
