EVO Meets UNESCO Cuisines: dinner-event in Bitonto

Bitonto will spotlight extra virgin olive oil and Italian culinary traditions with "EVO Meets UNESCO Cuisines", a dinner-event organised by the Foglia d'Olio Association in collaboration with Euro-Toques Italy. The evening combines fine dining, cultural discussions and an exhibition in the historic city centre.

The event is part of the exclusive Euro-Toques Dinners format and brings together starred chefs and masters of the kitchen, emphasising EVO oil as a cultural symbol of the Mediterranean diet and of Italian cuisine recognised as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
