Italian cuisine as UNESCO Intangible Heritage: practical opportunities at Salone del Mobile

The UNESCO recognition of Italian cuisine creates tangible opportunities for production chains and international promotion. On 24 April 2026, during Salone del Mobile at Fiera Milano Rho, a dedicated session will address how cultural recognition can be transformed into economic value and communication strategies.
