Foreste Aperte in Torpè — Sunday 19 April 2026

Foreste Aperte arrives in Torpè for a day dedicated to exploring the Tepilora Park. The program offers outdoor experiences for nature lovers: guided hikes, horseback outings, quad tours, kayaking and practical workshops departing from the Park Exhibition Center (Polivalente) in the sports area.

Main activities

• Guided hikes to Monte Nurres: routes for different fitness levels.
• Horseback excursions (recommended for experienced riders).
• Quad tours along the shores of Torpè lake and the Sa Dea oasis.
• Kayak experience on Rio Posada (Badu de Mesu) with a catch-and-release workshop focused on local fish biodiversity.
• Hands-on workshops: milk-to-cheese demonstrations, traditional sweets, Sardinian herbs, archery.
• Children's activities: pony and donkey rides, "Pulcini Amici" workshop and an ecological play village.
• Wellness & culture: outdoor yoga session, horseshoeing demonstrations, free visits to the Casa Museo "Domo pintada" and the permanent exhibition "Il Popolo di Bronzo 2.0".
• Evening program: 17:00–19:00 traditional songs and performances by Gruppo folk Santu Pedru Torpè, plus a beginner’s workshop.
